Sailing roundtrip from San Diego, California aboard Holland America Line's beautiful vista-class ship the ms. Oosterdam. Quilting classes may be selected at the time your full deposit has been paid, separate class and kit fees are payable to the instructor are due at the time of final payment. Ken’s Sewing Center in Muscle Shoals, Alabama will be returning as our JANOME sewing machine vendor!! Bluebird Quilts and Gallery in Grand Terrace, California will be our onboard Quilt Shop. An optional Earlene Fowler/Benni Harper Block of the Month quilt (designed by Kathy Scott) will be available to quilters on this cruise - you'll have time to complete your quilt top before the cruise and bring it for Earlene to sign!! Two special Show and Tell events are scheduled during the cruise for quilters participating in the Block of the Month with door prizes awarded during each event....you don't want to miss this!!

Cruise Package Rates include taxes of $74.82*, port charges, and government fees (subject to change), all onboard meals and entertainment provided by the cruise line that are included in the cruise rate for all passengers sailing on this ship, attendance at the Bon Voyage party, attendance at presentations by Earlene Fowler, autograph sessions with Earlene Fowler and the instructors, a Show and Tell event on the final day of the cruise, and a Welcome Back dinner in the Pinnacle Grill for Gold Star cruisers (guests who previously sailed on a Quilt Camp at Sea cruise). The **quilters rate includes attendance at lectures by Jackie Wolff , Kathy Scott, and Joyce Becker, the use of sewing machines for classes and Quilt 'til You Wilt sessions, refreshments and snacks during breaks from classes, gift items including a souvenir tote bag, and the opportunity to win fabulous door prizes. *In the event of tax, port charge, or government fee increases prior to the sailing date of this cruise, we are required to collect these additional fees from each guest. Holland America Line reserves the right to reinstate a fuel supplement if fuel prices increase before the sailing date of the cruise. Not included in the rates are optional additional class/kit fees payable to the instructors, travel insurance, transportation to/from the ship in San Diego, shipboard gratuities, items of a personal nature, optional shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, specialty coffee beverages, soft drinks, laundry and dry cleaning (unless you book a suite which includes suite amenities including complimentary laundry services), optional fee-based programs or activities provided by the cruise line, and medical, barber shop, spa, and beauty salon services. Cruise Package Rates are per person in US dollars only with double occupancy required. Quilt Camp at Sea mails a comprehensive cruise confirmation packet to all guests upon receipt of their cruise registration with a cruise balance invoice statement. A quilting class confirmation packet with class kit forms is mailed upon receipt of the class selection form included in the cruise confirmation packet . Updated balance invoices, updated cruise information, and final cruise documents will be sent by email. Due to increases in postage rates it has become necessary for Quilt Camp at Sea to begin charging a postal surcharge fee of $25.00 per person for international guests and guests without email access.
